History
Elizabeth Doyle was a Senior Investigator from the UK. She worked for the National Crime Agency [NCA] (aka the "British FBI"). She primarily served as the NCA liaison to New Scotland Yard of the Metropolitan Police. She was a member of the Serious Crime Analysis Section and lent a hand to the Criminal Investigation Division of the MetPolice. Her primary focus was in regard to homicide and serial killers.
Having grown up seeing her parents killed by serial killers, it left a lasting mark on her. She would often play a facade of a goal for law enforcement, but often tilted from the path. This is how she took on the persona of "The Hound". Free from any SOPs or laws, she could handle killers before they hurt anyone else. She styles herself as a "Serial Serial Killer Killer". She would also be the one to take the investigation into the Hound, ensuring that her apprehension was delayed. She came to Los Santos in search of a killer in particular, but has stepped back with the Hound persona for some time. She jokingly tells co-workers that she had the same nickname as the serial killer. Claiming it was a cruel joke by some Met Detectives, naming the killer after Doyle. Funny enough, it was doyle.
