Galadriel "Gala" El Demonio is a character role-played by CascadiaStudio. More about CascadiaStudio. Galadriel Demonio hit her head on the first day on arriving to Los Santos and has experienced memory loss which resulted in her typically wears a helmet to protect her head. She is the only person in the county that has consistently wore the same mask and goggles with the trademark red helmet - even bypassing some previous standards of "no mask; no service" in that Gala is known in the county for wearing such things. Although various reasons are given every time she is asked, anything from ranging from "I don't want people to hit on me" to "protection from the sun" to "privacy reasons" - the real truth is still a mystery.
Currently her closest friends are David Keller, Gen Durless, Sarko Barko, Jason Garcia, Bobby Axelrod, Victor, Mango (Mia Summers) Luna Purpose, Beau Stonewall, Jefferson Long.
Gala is currently the owner and operator of Tequila-la, operating it as Hells Bells Brewery.
General Information & History[]
Backstory
Galadriel "Gala" Luna was born in Portland Oregon to farmers who grew strawberries, blueberries and had an apple orchard where they sold their produce to the local grocer as well as at farmer's markets and stands. She had "many" brothers and sisters all named after Lord Of The Rings characters of which she is the eldest. Gala admired her father greatly who would spend time with her looking at the stars through his telescope. Raised religiously in a very abusive cult and home schooled in a technophobic environment, she sometimes experiences guilt over some situations Gala finds herself in. She decided to escape her abusive environment, turn her abusers in which destroyed her Cult community which her family disowned her for. She decided to go to college to escape her family's farm. At one point she was arranged to get married to Larry Palmer of which she strongly rejected to which lead her to want to leave the farm.
Gala was attacked by Larry Palmer of which <Redacted> managed to save her from being sacrificed from being on top of Mount Chilliad. They both decided to fly out to another county to start over. In that county, the criminals essentially reigned free and the police numbers were quite small. Gala joined the SDSO and worked to becoming full officer as 308 with her Troopers callsign reserved for her due to her needing to have a little more experience before being drafted into Troopers. Gala served for County Clerk in that county as well. Due to very low numbers of police force, criminal organizations and various nefarious entities thrived including terrorist groups and violent gangs.
Her family, the El Demonios, found her in that County and together formed a new group. Gala decided to renounce the Luna name - from a family that long ago disowned her and took on El Demonio. Gala found some semblance of joy and peace balancing her duties as a police officer, county clerk and owning Bahama Mama's.
One day, a serial killer came to this county with a preference of hurting Blondes. At first, putting a head into a box in the middle of the lobby of MRPD and ramping up to almost a murder a day. Gala became frustrated because of the lack of police response and ability for them to find much of any evidence to point towards the killer. The police asked her to dye her hair or put on a wig which she did but thought it was rather useless as she was one of the most high profile blondes in the city. The serial killer left another body as well as a note in the pocket of that body which contained a single line - Galadriel "Gala" El Demonio as if Gala was next to be targeted. Gala started changing up her patterns in the city more and PD asked that she stay off duty for her protection and said it was safer if she was with her family instead of on duty. Gala tried to remain patient of the ongoing investigation and offered to help but was denied the opportunity, further frustrating Gala of the police's incompetence.
After discussing with friends and family, Gala snapped and wanted to bring an end to this guy who keeps hurting people in this city. Her family and she set up a trap to lure in the serial killer, Damien Night, into Bahama Mama's of which they were successful in doing so. The El Demonios watched as Gala pointed a gun to the serial killer's head as he tried to save himself by saying he was only going after blondes who were doing harm in the city. Gala decided that he was just trying to save his own skin and put the gun to his head and executed him in the middle of Bahama Mama's. Gala dumped Damien Night at Chumash Pier. Her Dad, Carlos El Demonio said that he is proud.
Gala feeling justified in her actions but knowing there was no way to go back to being a happy and cheerful government official, she decided the best thing to do was to quit PD and County Clerk - although most people do not know why Gala quit PD and County Clerk, some people know that "Gala has lost faith in UPD and the Judicial System" and very few people learned the real reason as to why.
Next day she woke up to a Carlos pissed off because his wife was murdered with a pair of wings carved into her back. Carlos exacted revenge against the people he thought done it and then promptly went missing. Gala proceeded to do her own investigation asking people in the city who it could be but with no concrete evidence coming up, believes that the person who done this has already left the city.
After some conversations, Gala said goodbye to that county to go on the hunt to finding the individual who murdered her mother.
Personality[]
Although still chipper, sweet and kind at times, this version of Gala tends to swing more serious, more business-y and straight to the point. If she doesn't have a reason to talk then she won't. With an extreme mistrust of the police and judicial system that failed her, she feels justified in doing whatever it takes to not get hurt.
Gala adores EMS and Doctors while frequently going out of her way to make them food and gives them coffee out of her own pocket. When Gala finds out that EMS or Doctors have been hurt in some form or fashion, Gala sees red and is reminded of her own experiences of being hurt and attacked while on duty.
Gala seems keen on dodging dates and gay panicking over pretty girls but never doing anything about it.

April 1st 2023 - After arriving in Los Santos, Galadriel "Gala" Demonio suffered a major fall hitting her head which resulted in her having memory loss so she does not remember Kevin.
April 1st 2023, Gala attended the grand opening of the Vanilla Unicorn meeting Mango (Mia Summers) and others.
April 2nd 2023, Gala starts volunteering at PDM and Angelic Customs Repair Shop (Bennys)
April 4th 2023, Sarko Barko offered an invitation for Galadriel Demonio to join the Angels of Death. Gala said she would think about it.
April 5th 2023, Gala decided to start recruiting to open her brewery - Hells Bells Brewery.
April 9th 2023, Gala was pulled over and fined 375 dollars for negligence driving.
April 13, 2023, Gala was interviewed by Roger Stone for the Grand Opening of Hells Bells Brewery.
Late April, 2023, Gen asked Gala out on a date of which Gala asked until she felt better to go out on a date.
Late April, 2023, Gala and David Keller hang out and go adventuring and admitted to each other that they like each other a little more than friends. "Molasses" Gala asks, "let's go the speed of molasses".
May 8th, 2023, While out on the lookout, Gala fell off a cliff accidentally and smashing her head wide open. Gala is experiencing significant memory loss issues. Over the following days, Gala talks to many people in the city about themselves and adventures they have had.
May 12, 2023, Christmas Longjohn told Gala that he had murdered who he thought was the individual going around and cutting people's tongues out. As for if he's still out there - who knows.
May 17th, 2023, Gala woke up to the news that David Keller was in the ICU after being shot in the line of duty in the neck. He has been unconscious in the ICU of which Gala hasn't left his side since.
Late May, 2023, After being told that David Keller will need to retire from EMS from the injuries he sustained; Gala and David Keller have been spending more time in their apartment deciding if David Keller will go through with the spinal surgery that could potentially kill him or leave him partially paralyzed. As without that surgery he would have to avoid anything strenuous in nature and one big impact or car crash could potentially paralyze him.
June 1st, Gala revealed her plan of taking over Tequila-la for Hells Bells Brewery's second location and turning Tequila-la into a Gay Bar.
June 14th, Gala opened Tequila-la and held it's grand opening party.
June 23rd, Gala participated as a Bridesmaid in the marriage of Luna Purpose and Beau Stonewall. At the event, John Kimble had software in his brain activated which made him pull out his weapon and open fire upon the wedding party. Gala drew her weapon and defended the bride and groom downing Kimble several times. On the third time that Kimble stood up, Gala in turn was shot 5 times and downed and on the brink of death was saved by David Keller and Alex Bones. In the aftermath, King Halls and Victor Hanes was sent for the 9s with the possibility that John Kimble was decommissioned.

The Wing Carver
Gala told Jason Garcia, Sarko Barko and others about her mother's murder of which they will be on the lookout and report back if they find an individual he comes across who has those sorts of markings.
Several people have revealed to Gala that there are people showing up dead in the morgue with Angel Wings carved into their backs --- her mother's killer is here.
After unable to locate The Unkind for assistance, Gala reached out to The Lost for any information that could be gathered while Gala kept a much lower profile to search what was going on. Christmas Longjohn said he would be on the lookout and granted Gala permission to use Stab City as a place to take care of business as long as she cleaned up.
After awhile and recovery, Gala reached out to Christmas Longjohn and he said he came across an individual who was attacking a man attempting to cut out his tongue. Christmas killed him and dumped him but was uncertain if it was him or a copycat. Not knowing for certain as Gala was not present, Gala now owes Christmas Longjohn and The Lost a huge favor in return.
Another body is found on a beach which is revealed to Gala - he is still out there somewhere. Watching and waiting for the right opportunity.
After some time, Gala is uncertain if the Wing Carver is still residing in the city or is just biding his time.
After even more time has passed, Gala grows concerned that The Winged Carver has moved onto a new city to hurt more blondes.
Hells Bells Brewery
After noticing people were opening clubs and businesses across Los Santos, Gala started planning her own opening and kicking off the smaller businesses in the farmer's market district in Vespucci. After having most of the city present to purchase her custom microbrews and listening to a live county artist, Gala was approached about the possibility of others brewing their own brews and Gala would sell them.
After continual success and seeing that nobody was owning and operating Tequila-la, Gala decided to move Hells Bells Brewery over to Tequila-la. There, she had a small but dedicated team of people opening the place and organizing parties there.
Gala was approached by the Business Bureau to have Gala sit on the Business Bureau to provide mentorship and support to new and fledgling businesses in the county.
The Deal
Gala made a deal with David Keller - after she finds her mother's murderer and deals with him - if she can become more stable she would stop doing crime and join David Keller in developing Therapy in the county and join EMS. She would put the life of crime behind her. David accepted the deal. With the help of Alex Bones and David Keller - both of which began a therapist treatment plan to "unfuck her mind".
Not too long after that, Gala fell off a cliff and smashed her head open and was punctured by a tree and almost died. Experiencing memory loss, Gala refers to others by other people's names - revealing to David Keller a variety of friends that Gala has had in the past. David gave Gala a journal and a sketchbook of which she has been recording thoughts, memories and drawings. Gala connected with Daisy Johnson, an old EMS colleague, to discuss the old days who confirmed these people did exist.
After spending several weeks inside the hospital talking to people, Alex Bones gave permission to Gala to leave the hospital as long as she came back for checkups. Several more weeks Gala's memory slowly returned to her in regards to her more recent stuff. She is still missing some memories though.
Although not intentionally, people seemed to have forgotten to check in with Gala and instead focus on themselves and their issues leaving Gala unable to regain her memories or "unfuck her mind" in a way to develop Therapy in the county and join EMS.
Instead Gala has focused her attention on things she can control - throwing kickass parties and running Tequilala and ignoring her inability to remember things or people.
County Closing - But Not A Goodbye
Figuring that The Winged Carver has left the city; Gala makes plans to throw the sickest party the county has ever had before taking one last flight out of the county to go search for her mother's murderer.
"The End Of The World" party featured a demolition derby, a round of hide and seek as well as a cross county race.
